Question 4- Evaluation

Who would be the audience for your media product?
All the way through the filming process, Molly and I knew that our taget audience for "The Ghost of Church Lane" would be primarily females aged between 16-20 based on events that occur and also they would be able to relate to the characters in some way as they are the same age.

This is Victoria Palmer, she is 17 years old and currently attending New College in Swindon and studying Childcare. Victoria enjoys going out with friends and spending time with family. She loves to do ballet and goes swimming regularly. Like majority of girls, she loves to go shopping and her favourite shops are Jack Wills, River Island, TopShop and Miss Selfridge.
She likes a variety of TV programmes, including reality with TV programmes such as Take Me Out. She also loves programmes that have a element of thriller or horror to them, including American Horror story and Being Human. "I love anything that can make me jump!"
Her favourite films to watch are thrillers, some of which have romance in "I love watching a romance blossom... but also being kept on the edge of my seat!" Her favourite film which includes all these elements is Twilight. "I love the relationship between Bella and Edward"
"Im also a big fan of the classic thriller films, my favourite one of all time would have to be psycho."
Victoria loves watching films that have actors/actresses in of the same age, as she can relate to them and their storyline a lot more easily.

I feel that Victoria would be the perfect target audience to watch "The Ghost of Church Lane" as she is of the appropriate age as the classified age given was 15, and she is 17. She would also enjoy the aspects of being made to "jump", and wouldnt feel uncomfortable any time that happened.
